Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Galaxy Littlepaws' Website and Shop, located at https://galaxylittlepaws.com and https://shop.galaxylittlepaws.com and https://ko-fi.com/galaxylittlepaws as well as other listed social networks and website profiles.

By accessing this website or purchasing a commission or physical merchandise we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not make a purchase or continue to use the website if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. "Artwork" refers to any digital or physical art (including mesh) created by Galaxy Littlepaws.

Galaxy Littlepaws will contact via email address, and will send status updates at each step, when seeking approval for draft finalization, and typically every 14 days max.

Galaxy Littlepaws will not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the use of the artwork or merchandise provided.

Art Commissions

• Payment must be made upfront, and refunds are not available once work has commenced.
• You are entitled to one free revision during the draft stage; additional revisions will incur extra charges.
• If the work is not completed within 60 days of the last progress point, you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.
• If feedback from the client is needed to continue and there is no response for 30 days or longer, then the commission will be considered abandoned and no refund will be given. Resuming the project will incur an additional fee.
• Artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, without prior agreement and an additional fee.
• Artwork may be used for personal social media profiles, but credit must be given to Galaxy Littlepaws.
• Galaxy Littlepaws retains the right to potentially display the artwork in their portfolio and on social media, unless otherwise discussed.
• NSFW will not be drawn at this time, but will in the future.

Second Life® Commissions

• Payment must be made upfront, and refunds are not available once work has commenced.
• You are entitled to one free revision during the draft stage; additional revisions will incur extra charges.
• If the work is not completed within 60 days of the last progress point, you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.
• If feedback from the client is needed to continue and there is no response for 30 days or longer, then the commission will be considered abandoned and no refund will be given. Resuming the project will incur an additional fee.
• Artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, without prior agreement and an additional fee.
• Artwork may not be ported or used in other virtual worlds without prior agreement.
• Artwork will be paid for with USD, not L$. L$ will not be accepted as payment.

VRChat Premades & Commissions

• No refunds are available for downloadable assets.
• Currently supported bases:
  • Winterpaw's VRCChat Cat
  • Winterpaw Feline ~ VRChat + VTuber
• If you want a commission for a base that I do not currently own, I will offer a reduced or free rate if you purchase the base for me.
• Payment must be made upfront, and refunds are not available once work has commenced.
• You are entitled to one free revision during the draft stage; additional revisions will incur extra charges.
• If the work is not completed within 60 days of the last progress point, you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.

• Commissions will be listed as "in-stock" on the KoFi page for each commission.
• Galaxy Littlepaws retains the right to potentially display the artwork in their portfolio and on social media, unless otherwise discussed.

Physical Merchandise

• We will provide a solution in cases of any defects if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Artwork and merchandise are provided by Galaxy Littlepaws, a sole proprietorship. Galaxy Littlepaws is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the use of the artwork or merchandise provided.

Galaxy Littlepaws reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Galaxy Littlepaws reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or purchase of artwork or merchandise after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Galaxy Littlepaws reserves the right to cancel any commission or order at any time for any reason. If a commission or order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

Galaxy Littlepaws reserves the right to refuse to draw any content that is hateful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. If you are unsure if your content is appropriate, please contact Galaxy Littlepaws before making a purchase.
